Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage HR Shared Services with a focus on Recruitment & Onboarding and other HR topics supporting Capco UK.
  • •Communicate and collaborate daily with HR colleagues, candidates, and new joiners.
  • •Provide administrative recruitment support, including interview scheduling for Capco UK.
  • •Collect onboarding documentation and manage the onboarding process from an administrative perspective.
  • •Maintain and update employee data in the HR database and support continuous improvement and ad hoc operational tasks.
