Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with guests in a friendly demeanor and cultivate repeat business.
  • •Complete pour tests prior to shifts (as applicable) and prepare beverages per standard recipes and venue specs.
  • •Suggestively sell beverages and menu items while delivering food and beverage orders promptly.
  • •Maintain safety and sanitation standards, record equipment failures/safety hazards, and follow alcohol policies and local ordinance training.
  • •Perform opening/running/closing duties, process payments on the POS terminal, and complete cash pull/check-out and required comp/spill checks.
