Interact with guests in a friendly, natural manner while preparing and serving beverages and food orders according to standard recipes and venue specifications. Maintain safety and sanitation, run opening/closing duties, handle payments and bartender bank procedures, and complete required pour tests. Cultivate repeat guests, suggestively sell menu items, record equipment/safety issues, and responsibly refuse service when guests are overly intoxicated.

Key Responsibilities

•Interact with guests and cultivate regular guests and repeat business
•Suggestively sell beverages and menu items and deliver orders promptly
•Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications and maintain control systems
•Maintain safety and sanitation standards; record equipment failures and safety hazards in the bar log
•Follow opening/running/closing duties and handle POS payments, bartender bank, and cash pull/check-out procedures

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Cash handling experience
•Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule
•Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
•Physically able to pass a pour test and a timed mixology drill
•Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
