Job Summary

Serve as Datadog’s technical expert for partner channels in EMEA, supporting partner technical initiatives such as cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation. Drive outcomes through onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner resources, and align Datadog and partner teams via joint planning and reviews. Act as a trusted technical advisor—advocating partner technical needs internally, enabling partner workshops, and collaborating with product, engineering, and technical services to improve adoption and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure partner technical resources are successfully onboarded, trained, enabled, and certified.
•Run joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog and partner technical teams.
•Collaborate with internal teams to support partner initiatives such as end-customer demos and proofs of value.
•Advocate for partner technical concerns (use cases, feature requests, support issues) to internal teams and help reach resolution.
•Analyze partner service offerings and recommend ways to increase adoption of Datadog features and capabilities.

•Demonstrated ability to onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.

•Must be a current EU resident.
