Job Summary

Support HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking customers by identifying needs and assisting with transactions and services through appropriate channels, including digital banking and call center. Key Responsibilities

•Accurately identify customer needs and assist with transactions/services in a timely, accurate, and professional manner through appropriate channels.
•Assist branches in providing efficient, high-quality customer service and a satisfying customer experience.
•Perform KYC and comply with relevant laws and regulations to reduce operational risks, escalating issues when needed.
•Identify sales opportunities based on customer needs and refer customers to sales personnel for further discussion, portfolio/product review, and service.
•Support the bank in achieving sales targets and wealth management strategies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above (recognized by the state).
•Strong sense of responsibility for work and excellent learning ability.
•Strong communication, client focus, and influencing skills.
•Organizational and coordination skills, plus strong self-motivation.
•Able to communicate well in both English and Chinese.
