Job Summary

Manage high-volume cashiering workflows across ACH, wires, checks, journals, and transfers, ensuring accurate execution and adherence to regulatory requirements. Serve as a primary contact for advisors, staff, and clients via phone, email, and internal systems. Partner with clearing firms and internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Technology, Advisor Services) to support seamless fund movement and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Process high-volume cashiering transactions (ACH, wires, checks, journals, custodian-to-custodian transfers) accurately and efficiently in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
•Monitor and manage daily transaction queues, researching and resolving discrepancies and inquiries to meet deadlines and service-level expectations.
•Act as a primary contact for advisors, their staff, and clients via phone, email, and internal systems with clear updates.
•Partner with clearing firm and internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Technology, Advisor Services) to facilitate transactions and resolve issues.
•Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client experience within cashiering operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.6 - 24

Key Requirements

•Strong knowledge of cashiering procedures, workflows, and regulatory considerations, plus a basic understanding of financial markets and the securities industry.
•1-2 years of experience in back-office operations, preferably in financial services or banking.
•Exceptional attention to detail and organization, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
•Clear professional communication skills, including strong data entry and written/verbal communication, comfortable engaging with clients and advisors by phone.
•Confidence handling transactional workflows using tools like Microsoft Word and Excel, along with proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking.
