Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the go-to language resource for Hindi—owning language-specific work from end to end.
  • •Manage annotation quality: answer annotator questions, cascade updates to guidelines/rubrics, and write quality assessments with examples and recommendations.
  • •Run evaluation and calibration: listen to audio/TTS outputs, check rubric alignment, and prepare calibration meetings and office hours.
  • •Audit datasets for linguistic accuracy, completeness, and consistency while monitoring metrics such as inter-rater agreement.
  • •Investigate customer-reported language issues, identify root causes, and flag production quality issues to the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 35 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Native-level proficiency in Hindi as spoken in Hindi.
  • •Experience with data annotation, transcription, or language quality assurance.
  • •Strong foundation in linguistics, including phonetics, prosody, and intonation for evaluating speech and written annotations.
