Participate in a comprehensive onboarding and rotation program covering operations, sales & service, lending, small business, preferred, and sales/operations management. Learn consultative selling, deepen consumer and small business relationships, and use Financial Needs Assessments to develop and support an integrated book of business. Train to source, develop, coach, and lead a team while modeling ethical conduct and supporting community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA roadmap and onboarding program from day one through program completion, including the Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
•Build memorable relationships with consumer and small business customers to improve customer experience.
•Maintain knowledge of the bank’s products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessments to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Source, develop, coach, and lead a team while modeling the required Code of Business Conduct and supporting community activities.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
