Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as first point of contact for onsite visitors, directing or guiding them as appropriate.
  • •Assist customers at the front counter with dealer registration, document review, scanning/uploading, and issuing bidder badges and gate passes.
  • •Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare and mail customer statements, invoices, titles, floorplan packets, and other documents.
  • •Review, scan, upload, and distribute documents and reports, and accurately enter and update information in internal databases.
  • •Process customer payments (check, ACH/EFT, wire; no cash handling), reconcile P-card transactions, support SOX compliance audits, and maintain title filing and auction supplies.
