Execute measurable Lean Six Sigma projects across lines of business and functional partners, building project plans, charters, and control/monitoring approaches to sustain gains. Track project impact with LOB and Finance, report progress, and provide consultative guidance to business leaders. Mentor others in Lean Six Sigma methodology while managing and reporting risks throughout the work.
