Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term support roadmaps for equipment in coordination with Direction, support engineering, and service industry teams.
  • •Collect and incorporate inputs and lessons learned from Programme Managers and the Operational Advisor.
  • •Ensure alignment with Product Line Managers for portfolio equipment and identify growth opportunities; formalize customer requests if needed.
  • •Lead and track cross-cutting workstreams impacting multiple programs, including offer activities and project execution; present roadmaps and implemented initiatives in reviews.
  • •Defend the Direction Offres et Projets Rafale position on equipment classification topics and represent the Direction in CCB for portfolio equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent with solid experience in offer management and project management, preferably in a similar role.
  • •Strong command of project management processes, proposal preparation, cross-functional management, change leadership, and financial/piloting tools.
  • •Excellent relationship-building skills, with strong analysis, synthesis, risk anticipation, and alerting abilities.
  • •Ability to coordinate and influence teams, with a strong service mindset and collaboration.
  • •Fluent English (oral and written).
