Drive tractor-trailer combinations or trucks (26,000+ GVW) to transport and deliver equipment and materials to supplier, customer, storage, or processing locations. Follow Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and applicable DOT regulations, complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain required logs, secure loads, and manage delivery documentation. Operate under dispatch instructions and support yard operations as needed in varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

•Transport and deliver equipment and materials using a tractor-trailer combination or truck while complying with HSE standards and DOT regulations.
•Perform loading/unloading activities, maneuver vehicles into positions, secure materials for transport, and follow dispatch instructions for delivery/receipt.
•Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle and repair status logs in accordance with state and federal regulations.
•Obtain receipts/signatures for delivered materials and verify that delivery documentation is complete and accurate.
•Provide backup or assistance throughout the yard and report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damages to the appropriate supervisor.

•Registered in the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse and able to use or learn automated systems (e.g., electronic logs).
