•Lead litigation matters end-to-end for the Europe region, including pre-litigation claims and related matters.
•Manage litigation processes such as pre-action correspondence, e-discovery, fact-finding, witness preparation, drafting, case management conferences, and interim applications.
•Prepare for ADR or trial, including presentation and oral advocacy as needed.
•Supervise and partner with outside counsel to ensure the highest-quality legal representation and overall strategy.
•Provide independent legal advice on complex matters and contracts, assess legal risk in business contexts, and mentor junior members.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience managing litigation in Europe.
•Qualified lawyer in one (or more) jurisdictions where TikTok operates.
