Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver AI/ML and Generative AI projects with timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • •Oversee data preparation, model development, deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
  • •Drive end-to-end solutions integrating AI components into existing or new applications.
  • •Manage program roadmaps, milestones, risk registers, status reports, and delivery governance/quality frameworks.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams and serve as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders, reporting metrics, risks, and updates to senior leadership/client executives.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in technology or software delivery, including at least 3 years delivering AI/ML or Generative AI programs.
  • •Proven experience leading large-scale IT/software projects and managing budgets, resource plans, and multi-vendor teams.
  • •Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • •Hands-on understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, including data engineering, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
