•Coordinate statutory income tax compliance and reporting for EMEA subsidiaries.
•Prepare tax filing workpapers and manage tax return filings with external service providers.
•Review statutory tax reporting for completeness and accuracy and finalize tax journal entries for audits.
•Maintain a corporate tax payments tracker and documentation repository.
•Support U.S. tax information needs and assist with EMEA income tax provision, transfer pricing entries, and tax controversy responses.
•Monitor European income tax developments, including OECD BEPS and Pillar Two initiatives.
•Manage and execute tax technology initiatives and process improvements using OneSource and Alteryx.

Key Requirements

•ATT/CTA, ADIT, ACA, or ACCA qualification (or country equivalent) preferred.
•Solid tax experience in a Big 4 public accounting firm, corporate tax department, or both.
•Experience with multinational tax regimes, with desirable knowledge across UK and several European countries.
•Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive; OneSource Tax Provision experience is a plus.
•Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
