Cost Manager MEP

Own total cost management for MEP projects, delivering accurate, timely outputs across the full project lifecycle. Handle cost management and contract administration, including tender documentation, pre-contract correspondence, LOA, VO, claims, payments, and final account close-out. Produce monthly cost reports and monitor project financials. Provide a proactive cost management (CM) role, interfacing professionally with clients and consultants at all stages.
