Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide courteous, engaging client interactions and complete complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs and ensuring accurate records.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to improve the service experience.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calling, checking for client offers, and referring clients to appropriate branch team members or specialists.
  • •Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and help deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.

Key Requirements
