Department Manager - Irrigation

Lead as the branch’s Irrigation expert, partnering with customers to meet department needs and drive excellence. Assist the Branch Manager with sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and integrating supply and demand plans. Promote daily safety, strengthen safety culture, and execute inventory management and target customer mix. Create a teamwork-focused environment, train agronomic staff on the irrigation product line, and support branch leadership with new technologies and ways of working.
