  • •Maintain a compliance-first mindset to protect customers’ assets (including BSA/AML and federal regulatory standards).
  • •Educate clients on digital banking tools such as mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
  • •Listen to customers’ needs and goals to recommend the right digital tools or banking solutions.
  • •Provide welcoming, community-focused hospitality and support while adapting to a flexible, fast-moving branch environment.
