Key Responsibilities

•Lead AI Innovation: Define and drive the go-to-market strategy for innovative AI and agentic products, positioning Adobe at the forefront of the next generation of creative tooling, and setting the standard for how AI transforms the design industry
•Own the Portfolio: Drive the end-to-end GTM strategy and business success for flagship Pro Design products — Illustrator and InDesign
•Set the Strategy: Lead the annual and 3-year planning process, defining growth, TAM analysis, market share targets, competitive positioning, and pricing & packaging
•Know the Market: Synthesize market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and stay ahead of shifts
•Build & Lead a World-Class Team: Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing product marketing team deeply embedded in the pro design community

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 320,000 annually
