Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure premier guest experience and smooth operations from quick business lunches to pre-flight drinks.
  • •Lead, train and develop the team daily to maintain a professional and energetic work environment.
  • •Act as the central point of contact for all front-of-house matters during service and bar operations.
  • •Oversee correct billing, ordering, and efficient scheduling of staff and rotations.
  • •Coordinate and manage events and banquets from planning with the events team to flawless execution, ensuring memorable experiences for guests.
