Key Responsibilities

•Drive the product vision for next-generation capabilities that unify search, recommendations, and agentic experiences across Adobe’s platforms.
•Collaborate with global product, data science, and engineering teams to establish requirements and prioritize work.
•Drive alignment and communication with partners with growing and conflicting demands.
•Develop and drive the strategy for defining success criteria and metrics to measure customer impact and business outcomes.
•Ensure that technology and experiences comply with privacy, legal, AI ethics, and security requirements, coordinating with partners as needed.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of proven technical product management leadership with diverse, global teams.
•Track record of delivering AI/ML powered, data-driven products and cloud-scale services with large user bases.
•5+ years of experience with search technologies, information retrieval, search relevancy, recommendations, RAG and/or agentic search.
•Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills across product and engineering leaders at various levels.
•BS or MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related scientific field.
