Prepare and price HVAC controls project estimates for building owners. You’ll develop detailed scopes from design-build plans/specs, create cost estimates with system sketches, exceptions, and proposal inputs, and perform equipment take-offs to ensure correct quantities and configurations. Partner with account managers through pre-bid meetings, identify cost-savings and risk items, and support bid strategy and vendor/subcontractor quote negotiation while optimizing job costs and variations.
