  • •Lead and develop a project management team to deliver project management services on major projects and programs.
  • •Ensure service excellence through client engagement, oversight of delivery, and continued growth of the project management service offering.
  • •Conduct research into construction market conditions, and produce thought leadership reports with valuable market insights.
  • •Manage strategic and operational delivery of Project Management Services, including resource planning, financial management, business generation, training, and mentorship.
  • •Drive quality and risk management through internal tools, compliance with quality standards, participation in ISO audits, and undertaking internal audits (including BMS audits).

Salary: USD 240,000 - 285,000 annually

  • •2+ years managing large, high-performing multi-discipline teams in a consulting environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction (graduate degree preferred).
  • •Proven track record managing successful project management service delivery for clients.
