  • •Administer HSE learning plans within the company LMS, ensuring accurate compliance tracking and structured employee experiences.
  • •Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to track training progress, completion rates, and compliance status, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or instructional design.
  • •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (education, safety, communications, or similar).
  • •Experience designing training for adult learners using adult learning principles.
  • •Comfort translating HSE topics and terminology without needing to be the subject matter expert.
  • •Hands-on experience administering an LMS and building learning plans, assignments, and reports (WorkRamp/Workday).
