Key Responsibilities

  • •Own all aspects of quality management across internal and external projects and processes within the Health Solutions quality solution line.
  • •Manage quality monitoring activities (transaction audits, calibration programs) and governance, ensuring quality standards and agreed scope are met.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives, including process mapping, SOP creation, standardization, and process optimization.
  • •Present insights, recommendations, and improvement opportunities to senior management and clients via executive-level PowerPoint decks and quality reports.
  • •Act as senior SME and main point of contact for stakeholders for all QA activities, leading cross-functional collaboration across local, regional, global teams.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Testing or related quality management within a BPO/BPM environment.
  • •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (mandatory) and strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methods (DMAIC, Lean principles).
  • •Experience managing quality programs for operations, including quality monitoring, transaction audits, calibration programs, and quality governance.
  • •Strong analytical expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), error trend analysis, and Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA).
  • •Advanced proficiency in Power BI, VBA, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to create executive-level leadership decks and reports.
