Job Summary

Lead the identification, development, and management of strategic alliances to expand market reach, strengthen Cyberani’s cybersecurity service offerings, and drive sustainable revenue growth across the Kingdom and GCC. Own the multi-year partnership roadmap, lead end-to-end negotiations, and ensure partner onboarding, integration, and performance management. Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery, manage partnership KPIs, and lead a small team of partnership managers and analysts while staying current on industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute a multi-year strategic partnership roadmap aligned with corporate growth objectives across the Kingdom and GCC.
•Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners across vendors, system integrators, industry associations, academic institutions, and government entities.
•Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations, including scope, commercial terms, joint go-to-market plans, and governance structures.
•Oversee partner onboarding, integration, and performance management, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
•Manage partnership KPIs and executive reporting; lead a small team of partnership managers and analysts and represent Cyberani at industry events and forums.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or Computer Science.
•Minimum 10 years of experience.
•Extensive experience in strategic partnership development, alliance management, or business development within cybersecurity, IT services, or technology sectors.
•Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial modeling skills to assess partner fit and forecast joint revenue impact.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities with comfort engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
