Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyse and identify missing prescriptions and ensure all prescriptions reach the pharmacies.
  • •Welcome customers, ensure each customer is cared for, and confirm prescription receipt without delay.
  • •Provide proper information to customer queries and keep patients informed about prescription order status.
  • •Coordinate medication delivery on time and coordinate home deliveries through delivery staff/couriers; communicate delays when they occur.
  • •Assist pharmacy in-charge with Quality SOP implementation, ensure MOH compliance/documentation updates, and support inventory arrangement/cleanliness.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
