Assist in providing first-line IT support and service desk coordination, helping maintain hardware, software, and network security in a hybrid work environment. Work with multiple IT teams to resolve issues, install/configure OS and applications, and support meetings/events while gaining hands-on experience in cybersecurity fundamentals.

Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Provide first line IT support via phone, email, or chat and manage service desk tickets and requests.
•Assist in onsite meetings, events, and hardware connectivity troubleshooting.
•Coordinate with other service teams as necessary to resolve issues.
•Install and configure operating systems and application software for users.
•Implement basic security practices and assist with data backups and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

•Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
•Able to commit to a minimum of 500 internship hours.
•Willing to work in a hybrid setup: 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.
•Knowledgeable in network security and troubleshooting.
•Familiar with Windows and Mac desktop environments, Microsoft applications, and common business apps (Zoom, Adobe).
