Provide wellsite drilling fluids and separation service under general supervision, applying fluids chemistry and hydraulics calculations to run routine and specialized testing. Key Responsibilities

•Provide wellsite service to customers under general supervision.
•Apply fluids chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations, and testing/separation equipment theory to deliver well site service.
•Conduct and interpret routine and specialized testing to provide technical solutions.
•Operate, maintain, and optimize separation and waste management equipment and manage the effect on overall fluid performance.
•Prepare and track rig-site inventory of palletized/bulk products and equipment spares based on the drilling program and anticipated conditions; mentor junior employees.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) or related field is preferred.
•Completion of Baroid Core Training Course (Halliburton or other industry-recognized program) is required.
•2-4 years of fluids and separation equipment experience is required.
•Demonstrate advanced knowledge and ability to operate and optimize testing, separation, and waste management equipment while complying with HSE regulations.
