Job Summary

Maintenance Technician role supporting Kerry’s Rhinelander, WI facility by performing building repairs, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance within a union, manufacturing environment. Responsible for maintaining GMPs, safety, and environmental compliance while contributing to uptime and reliability across motors, piping, gauges, and related mechanical systems.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Perform building repairs, equipment installation, troubleshooting and completion of assigned work orders in a timely fashion.
•Follow good manufacturing practices to maintain inventory, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping; ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
•Assist with maintenance of shafts, bearings, gears and other machinery components; support installation and maintenance of piping, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
•Repair and replacement of gauges, valves, pressure regulators, pumps, and seals; support general upkeep including minor plumbing and welding.
•Follow safety-first culture and contribute to a safe working environment.

Key Requirements

•Certification of Vocational School, Journeyman card in Millwright or Maintenance Technician preferred.
•2-5 years' experience in manufacturing within a maintenance related position preferred.
•Basic technical knowledge of: Stainless Steel Welding/Fabrication; Piping systems; PLCs – a plus; Process equipment; Personal Computing.
