Job Summary

Support Retail Banking clients across Dubai and Abu Dhabi as a primary point of contact for Elite clients. Manage an assigned client portfolio by resolving queries and service requests, maintaining strong relationships, and driving satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Conduct outbound interactions, capture feedback to improve CX and NPS, and perform need analysis to recommend relevant financial solutions. Handle onboarding and compliance checks, resolve complaints, and maintain accurate records in CRM and tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary point of contact for Elite clients and ensure a seamless, high-quality service experience.
•Manage an assigned client portfolio by addressing queries, requests, and service needs in a timely manner.
•Conduct outbound customer interactions (calls/meetings) and use customer feedback to improve Customer Experience and NPS.
•Identify and generate cross-sell opportunities (e.g., credit cards, loans & mortgages, investments & wealth products, bancassurance) and support lead/referral generation.
•Process customer requests, support digital onboarding, handle complaints and escalations, and maintain accurate records in trackers/DCRs/CRM tools while ensuring compliance and controls.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related discipline.
•Relevant experience in banking, client relationship management, or customer service (preferably in HNWI / Priority Banking / Relationship Management).
•Proven experience managing and growing high-value client relationships.
•Strong understanding of local banking regulations and legal frameworks applicable in the UAE.
•Good knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines, with awareness of UAE Central Bank regulations and compliance standards.
