Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure legal compliance by managing and implementing applicable HR local requirements for the local market in Ireland, with potential remit to additional European countries.
  • •Manage vendors to improve HR operations, service quality, efficiency, and experience (e.g., benefits vendors).
  • •Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide end-to-end HR solutions to resolve issues.
  • •Design and recommend enhancements to simplify and improve HR processes and procedures.
  • •Support employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, termination, personal data changes, internal transfers, and leave/benefits administration with relevant documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete or have recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources/People Operations or a related discipline.
  • •Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland employment legislation/compliance laws and market practices.
  • •Experience with employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, off-boarding) and providing end-to-end HR solutions.
  • •Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •High discretion, confidentiality, ethics, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
