Job Summary

Lead the UK employment and expatriate tax agenda with a global remit, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape governance and compliance as Endava grows internationally. Act as the Group expert on employment tax matters across multi-jurisdictional contexts, including global mobility, contractor status and share schemes, with a proactive, advisory approach.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead UK employment tax compliance and reporting, including PSA, P11D/PBIK, STBV and share scheme reporting.
•Oversee global mobility, expatriate tax and cross-border working arrangements.
•Manage contractor tax risk, including IR35, employment status and worker classification.
•Advise on share scheme tax matters, payroll reporting and tax authority filings; support payroll tax governance and SOX evidence.
•Drive employment tax risk management, policy, provisions and process improvements; contribute to M&A due diligence and integration across payroll, benefits and global mobility.

Key Requirements

•Extensive employment and expatriate tax experience, ideally in a global or international environment.
•Strong knowledge of UK employment tax compliance and related reporting obligations.
•Experience across global mobility, contractor status, share schemes, payroll tax controls and benefits.
•Ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional issues with confidence and pragmatism.
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; recognised tax qualification such as ATT or CTA, or a relevant accounting qualification with strong tax-specific experience.
