Maintenance & Building Manager

Lead engineering, maintenance, facilities, and compliance for a Northside Brisbane hotel, ensuring asset performance and exceptional service for guests and residents. You’ll manage and mentor the maintenance team and oversee contractors, budgets, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs. Oversee critical building systems (HVAC, lifts, fire services, plumbing/electrical, pools) and statutory compliance records, while using CMMS and driving sustainability initiatives focused on energy and water efficiency.
