Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair refrigeration equipment and company assets.
  • •Utilize equipment and safety procedures including forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, fall protection, and lockout/tagout.
  • •Complete computer-based training and enter data into the SAP system.
  • •Be willing to work overtime and weekends.
  • •Maintain fitness requirements including passing required pulmonary function testing and physical examinations as required by the role.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 1 year of industrial refrigeration experience, or 12 months of industrial maintenance experience (experience must be listed on the application and/or in the resume).
  • •Recent graduate from an industrial refrigeration program (or equivalent qualification as described).
  • •Passing a Level 4 pulmonary function test and physical examination, with annual recertification required to maintain the position.
  • •Clean-shaven requirement for proper fit when using SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus) equipment.
  • •Former Tyson team members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 180 calendar days.
