Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and provide administrative support to the HR function.
  • •Coordinate office administration tasks including maintaining filing systems, invoicing, and expenses, and manage relationships with contractors and vendors.
  • •Assist with onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, transfers, and offboarding processes and maintain employee records and HR systems.
  • •Provide administrative support for payroll processes and related invoices and ensure compliance with local labour regulations and company policies.
  • •Carry out other administrative or HR duties as required to support the local office and Global HR team.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or HR-related role (internship, placement, or entry-level experience welcomed).
  • •Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy office environment.
  • •Good written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with colleagues and external partners.
  • •High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation, data, and records.
  • •Comfortable working with HR systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications (experience with HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage)
