Key Responsibilities

  • •Own core parts of the agent-operated RCM platform from architecture through production.
  • •Generalize customer integrations and workflows into the core product.
  • •Design and build the agent framework and infrastructure the team builds on.
  • •Ship and iterate quickly based on customer and field-team feedback.
  • •Debug and fix issues across the stack, including data pipelines and agents; set technical standards and engineering processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •CS degree or equivalent hands-on experience, plus 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role (solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, implementation, or technical customer success).
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals including system design, data modeling, and testing, with judgment to generalize appropriately.
  • •Experience writing Python (or similar), SQL, and React; working knowledge of REST APIs.
  • •Hands-on experience with AWS and GCP, and comfortable running and deploying with Docker.
  • •Experience building or working with AI agents, including using AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, OpenCode or similar) in daily workflow.
