Build and scale the core agent-operated revenue cycle management platform, turning one-off customer integrations into a hardened product. As an early engineering hire, shape the architecture, agent framework, and engineering practices. Own end-to-end platform components, design infrastructure, debug issues across data pipelines and agents, and iterate quickly based on what customers and the field team are running into.
