Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the day-to-day operation of the leisure facility, ensuring activities are delivered safely and to a consistently high standard
  • •Lead, motivate, and support operational colleagues to ensure effective deployment to meet the daily programme
  • •Monitor the facility throughout the day and respond proactively to operational, customer service, and safety requirements
  • •Take control of incidents, accidents, and emergencies, ensuring appropriate procedures are followed
  • •Maintain compliance with health and safety legislation, site procedures, and company policies, including risk assessments and safe systems of work
