Job Summary

Support S&P Global Energy’s contract management team by accurately entering contract data into CPQ, managing global orders (new, amended, and renewals), and tracking case status from deal creation through fulfillment and invoicing. Monitor escalations, collaborate with Sales and other teams to resolve client contract issues, maintain OTC ecosystem adherence and SLAs, document activity for audit readiness, and help improve departmental workflows.

•Perform accurate contract data entry into CPQ deals.
•Manage global orders, including new contracts, amendments, and renewals, for complex customer accounts.
•Track and manage case statuses to ensure smooth transaction processing from deal creation to fulfillment and invoicing.
•Monitor escalations and coordinate with Sales, Client Services, and other teams to resolve client inquiries and contract issues promptly.
•Document case management activities in CPQ, meet business SLAs, and support audit readiness with required information.
