Elementary School Teacher

Deliver engaging synchronous and asynchronous instruction in a virtual elementary classroom, monitoring student progress in Stride K12’s learning management system. Differentiate learning by mastery level, maintain grade books with academic integrity, and prepare students for high-stakes standardized tests. Build strong partnerships with families and learning coaches through timely communication and support. Work independently 40+ hours/week from a home office, with occasional travel for testing and professional development.
