Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead execution of store and territory availability strategy to achieve headquarters sales goals.
  • •Understand the Grooming and Oral Care businesses, objectives, categories, marketplace, and competitors.
  • •Develop effective relationships with Regional Availability Manager, store/zone leadership, identify issues/opportunities, and execute solutions to improve POS, in-stock, open sales, and display compliance.
  • •Take ownership of all stores in the allocated territory, prioritize stores by greatest opportunities, and plan store visits efficiently.
  • •Leverage the in-store acceleration tool kit, engage/train appropriate store decision-makers, capture feedback, and post daily/weekly execution results via Microsoft Teams/Engage.

Key Requirements
