Key Responsibilities

  • •Take action to execute all projects and requests under New Capabilities project and Innovation Fab Lab to ensure completion on time.
  • •Provide rapid design solutions to demonstrate creativity and technical skills.
  • •Ensure high-quality prototypes for project requests under Fab Lab are prepared for customers.
  • •Collaborate with team members according to planned work and schedules.
  • •Communicate effectively to keep the team updated on tasks, issues, and potential barriers to timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in operating machinery and tools used in prototyping and fabrication (e.g., 3D printers, laser engraver, Photoshop/Illustrator)
  • •Experience running design of experiments and data capture within internal projects
  • •Ability to initiate new process design and guidelines for new techniques
  • •Provide optimization of technique parameters for handover to PD and verification
  • •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with clear, ongoing communication
