Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will bridge marketing and sales for Edenred Taiwan, qualifying inbound and outbound leads for a B2B2E digital voucher product. You’ll pilot and optimize AI SDR tools, train an AI-assisted teammate, and generate a pipeline of high-quality opportunities while collaborating with Marketing and Sales to improve CAC and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

•AI Tool Optimization & Management: Configure, manage, and fine-tune AI SDR platforms, design conversational playbooks, and perform A/B testing to optimize qualification routing.
•Lead Qualification & Conversion: Evaluate and qualify marketing leads using frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC) and understand enterprise pain points in employee benefits.
•Human-in-the-Loop Hand-offs: Monitor AI-driven conversations in real-time and guide high-value prospects to next steps (registration and demo).
•Funnel Analysis & Data Integrity: Analyze end-to-end lead-to-opportunity data and funnel drop-offs; provide actionable feedback to refine target audiences and ensure CRM data accuracy.
•Collaboration & KPIs: Drive alignment with Marketing and Sales to improve lead conversion rates and pipeline quality; track KPIs related to qualified opportunities and conversion.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, MarTech, or a Revenue Operations (RevOps) role.
