Job Summary

Design and optimize highly available, mission-critical data center and AI infrastructure by collaborating with electrical, mechanical, network, operations, and construction teams. Own work across power distribution (UPS, PDUs, switchgear, generators, grounding), network infrastructure integration, construction review, commissioning support, and deployment operations. Build facility standards and documentation, troubleshoot infrastructure and networking issues, and partner with operations to improve reliability through root-cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and optimize data center power distribution systems, including UPS systems, PDUs, switchgear, generators, and grounding infrastructure.
•Develop and validate redundancy models to support high-availability environments.
•Support integration of physical network infrastructure (switches, structured cabling, patch panels, fiber/copper) and troubleshoot infrastructure-related networking issues.
•Support construction projects from design review through commissioning and operational turnover, coordinating electrical, mechanical, and low-voltage contractors while ensuring safety, regulatory, and industry compliance.
•Create deployment standards and maintain engineering documentation (MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, facility drawings); partner with operations on incident response and root-cause analyses to drive reliability improvements.

Key Requirements

•Experience designing and supporting data center power distribution systems and electrical redundancy architectures.
•Knowledge of high-availability facility designs, including N, N+1, and 2N configurations.
•Hands-on experience with network switches and structured cabling, including fiber/copper connectivity and cable management best practices.
•Background supporting data center construction projects through commissioning and contractor/vendor coordination.
•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline; professional engineering licensure desired.
