Key Requirements

  • •Proven construction management experience within regulated industrial environments such as pharmaceutical, life sciences, FMCG, food & beverage, manufacturing, or chemical sectors.
  • •Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements and experience working in regulated facilities.
  • •Demonstrable experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors on operational sites.
  • •People-focused leadership with a coaching and mentoring style for developing others.
  • •Knowledge of CDM 2015, Safe Systems of Work, contractor management, and setting-to-work processes, plus experience with BS 5975 Temporary Works requirements.
