•Identify, manage and mitigate legal, regulatory and corporate governance risks to enable the business to achieve its goals in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
•Provide in-house legal, regulatory and governance advice on Governance, Communications, Investor Relations, IT, Data Protection, Group Operations, M&A, Finance and Regulatory Affairs.
•Support Corporate Legal – Regulatory, Governance and Company Secretariat and ensure advice reflects applicable laws and regulations.
•Promote organizational values and ethical business conduct across the firm.
•Proactively detect and resolve material legal and regulatory issues and report/escalate risks as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,700 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Juris Doctor (JD) with 6+ years of experience in the legal field
•Bar admission in good standing
•Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory and compliance requirements
•Experience with governance, communications, investor relations, IT, data protection, finance and capital markets transactions
•Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve legal/regulatory issues
