Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, manage and mitigate legal, regulatory and corporate governance risks to enable the business to achieve its goals in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • •Provide in-house legal, regulatory and governance advice on Governance, Communications, Investor Relations, IT, Data Protection, Group Operations, M&A, Finance and Regulatory Affairs.
  • •Support Corporate Legal – Regulatory, Governance and Company Secretariat and ensure advice reflects applicable laws and regulations.
  • •Promote organizational values and ethical business conduct across the firm.
  • •Proactively detect and resolve material legal and regulatory issues and report/escalate risks as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,700 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor (JD) with 6+ years of experience in the legal field
  • •Bar admission in good standing
  • •Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory and compliance requirements
  • •Experience with governance, communications, investor relations, IT, data protection, finance and capital markets transactions
  • •Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve legal/regulatory issues
