Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the regional go-live lead for Poland expansion, including policy reviews, process mapping, and go-live readiness.
  • •Use Polish HR operations and labor law knowledge to ensure compliant setup of regional support and stabilization of Poland support.
  • •Manage scalable ES program delivery by adapting queue management and supporting regional processes like leave of absence, benefits administration, and time-off policies.
  • •Champion knowledge management and digital optimization by identifying knowledge gaps, authoring self-service articles, and leveraging AI-driven insights to reduce case volumes.
  • •Execute complex Workday HCM transactions across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and optimize queue performance by resolving operational bottlenecks and partnering cross-functionally.

Key Requirements

  • •4–5 years of HR operations or shared services experience, including experience supporting employees in Poland.
  • •Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
  • •Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and HR ticketing/case management systems (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud or similar).
  • •Solid operational understanding of Polish labor law and HR compliance requirements.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
