Job Summary

Own DCS engineering for greenfield power and process projects across thermal, combined cycle, and captive plants. Manage end-to-end project life cycle—from inputs analysis and design/engineering through testing, Factory Acceptance Tests, and commissioning. Design Boiler/BOP packages (e.g., ash handling, FGD, water treatment), perform process simulation and control scheme understanding, and verify functional logics while collaborating closely with stakeholders and vendors.

•Own the complete project life cycle: inputs analysis, design & engineering, testing and FAT, followed by commissioning.
•Design and implement Boiler/BOP and packages such as Ash Handling, FGD, and Water Treatment.
•Perform process simulation and testing, including understanding of SAMA, narratives, and control schemes.
•Conduct verification and functional testing of logics.
•Collaborate and communicate smoothly with all stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in DCS/PLC programming and engineering/commissioning, including minimum three (3) years hands-on experience in DCS/PLC programming.
•Degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation & Control, or equivalent field).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to write reports and business communication.
•Ability to effectively present information and respond to queries from managers, clients, and customers.
•Ability to troubleshoot DCS/PLC control systems and interface with vendors and sub-contractors.
