•Develop consultative relationships with small business clients in target market with annual revenues ranging from one million to ten million dollars.
•Understand client needs, provide value-added solutions, manage a portfolio of existing customers and drive new commercial customer relationships.
•Partner with the business banking team to enhance customer experience, loyalty and profitability.
•Complete Business Banking University and drive Sales training during orientation and credit training to identify, assess and mitigate lending risk.
•Maintain market knowledge and expand relationships with Centers of Influence such as CPAs and Attorneys.
