•Assist in event marketing campaigns, create marketing collateral, conduct market research, and analyze campaign performance.
•Provide on-site logistics support and coordination for events, ensuring smooth execution.
•Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality event experiences.
•Develop organizational and communication skills through structured mentoring and hands-on program assignments.

•Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in event management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is a plus.
•Excellent in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English. Being fluent in Chinese is a plus.
